The following steps establish a remote connection that allows a Network Management Group Technician to control your system. You will be able to view & interact with the system at all times.
At any time you may disconnect the session using the icon in the system tray near the clock. There is nothing installed on your system and the session will disconnect when finished.

When you click on the Connect Now link, the following security warning dialog box will appear. This message appears because you are launching an application from an unknown source, in this case it is from our web site. To allow the remote connection, select RUN from the options. If you do not want to connect, simply click Cancel.

After selecting to Run the application you will be prompted with one additional security dialog. This second dialog appears because the application you are launching does not have a signed certificate associated with it. Simply select RUN to initiate the connection to a Network Management Group Technician.
